The myFitApp (MFA) utilizes PerformanceIQ (PIQ) and ClubReady to configure the schedule buildout. When the incorrect (or missing) schedule is displayed on your mobile app, this means the schedule is not setup correctly within ClubReady. Read on to learn how to correct and update this information.
Please Note:
- You will need both your ClubReady and PerformanceIQ (PIQ) sites open.
1. Classes/Group: Within the ClubReady site, go the Setup tab > Scheduling > open the Classes/Group page and click the edit pencil for the service in question.
2. Include In Public Published Class Schedule: Enable (toggle to Yes) the setting to publish the class schedule (make public).
3. Sync Class Types: Within your PerformanceIQ (PIQ) site you will want to sync your booking policies from ClubReady into PIQ and into app. This step is a "best practice" suggestion; PIQ will automatically update within a few minutes, but if you wish to speed along updates you can sync the sites.
