The myFitApp (MFA) utilizes PerformanceIQ (PIQ) and ClubReady to configure the schedule buildout. When the incorrect (or missing) instructor is displayed on your mobile app this means the instructor is not setup correctly within ClubReady. Read on to learn how to correct and update this information.
Please Note:
- You will need both your ClubReady and PerformanceIQ (PIQ) sites open.
1. Enable For Scheduling: Within your ClubReady site go to the Setup tab, under Scheduling open Staff Scheduled, and click on the instructor who should he teaching/providing the service.
2. Enable: Under their name you will see the option to toggle yes/no for Enable For Scheduling. Ensure that your instructor is toggled to YES.
3. Sync Class Types: Within your PerformanceIQ (PIQ) site you will want to sync your booking policies from ClubReady into PIQ and into app. This step is a "best practice" suggestion; PIQ will automatically update within a few minutes, but if you wish to speed along updates you can sync the sites.
