When a user has a booking for a class with spot booking, the user can change that spot to another available spot without having to cancel the booking and rebook with the new desired spot. This feature exists both in the ClubReady Fit mobile app and the user’s web portal.
Changing A Spot In The App
The user navigates to their bookings in the app. There is a new button titled CHANGE SPOT. Once selected, the room layout populates. The user selects a different open available spot and clicks Confirm. A confirmation checkmark appears and the user’s spot updates to the new spot selected.

The user navigates to their bookings in their web portal. The spot number is linked.
Once the linked spot number is selected, the room layout populates. The user selects a different open available spot, and a successful message appears confirming the spot has been changed.
