Check-In Overview
Offer your members a convenient, touch-free, and hardware-free way to check in to their bookings using your custom ClubReady Fit mobile app. PLEASE NOTE: This feature is only available for the PRO version of the ClubReady Fit member mobile app and managed entirely at the chain level of the brand.

- Check-in option button is enabled 15 minutes before the booking and stays enabled up to 15 minutes after the booking starts. The 15 minute window is system reserved and not currently customizable at this time.

Enabling the Check-In Option
To enable the check-in option for your mobile app, navigate to your ClubReady Fit Cockpit. Under Events > Manage Events, click the edit pencil next to the Event that needs to have the check-in option enabled. If your account has multiple events, the check-in option needs to be enabled for all Events individually. There is a check-in toggle for classes only and a check-in toggle for services only. By default, the check-in options are toggled OFF. PLEASE NOTE: Only users with access to the ClubReady Fit Cockpit and the Events tab has the ability to enable the check-in option.
Enable Check-In Before Booking
In ClubReady, navigate to Setup > Scheduling > Scheduling Settings > When Can Bookings Be Logged Off?
Ensure that the setting is set to at least 1hr before a booking start time. The setting for after the booking start time can be set for any option.
PLEASE NOTE: If 0hrs is selected for when a booking can be logged off before start time, an error message will appear in the mobile app when a user attempts to check-in within 15min of the booking start time.
Checking In
Once the booking start time is within 15 minutes of starting, a Check-In option will appear on the booking. The user navigates to their Bookings page, selects the booking, and clicks Check-In. A confirmation checkmark appears followed by a status update change to Checked-In.
The user is marked as a Show in ClubReady.
PLEASE NOTE: Once a booking starts and/or the user has checked in to the booking, the option to cancel the booking is no longer available.
DISCLAIMER: The check-in option is not configured with geo-fencing. The user does not have to be within a certain distance of the location to check-in. The check-in option appears for all users who have a booking as long as the check-in option is enabled. Users can check-in and still not show for a booking. If this happens, the user’s booking status can be changed in ClubReady to No Show.
