Managing member access and ensuring a seamless login experience is an essential part of maintaining your club’s professional image and brand consistency. Within MFA Cockpit, the Login settings are controlled at the account level, meaning any updates you make will automatically apply to all clubs under that account.
This article will guide you through the Login tab, found under the Settings menu (gear icon) on the Clubs page, whether you're creating a new club or editing an existing one. From input fields and button labels to optional custom features, you'll learn how to tailor the login experience to match your brand’s tone and functionality needs.
Note: While standard users have limited access to some advanced features, such as the MFA Cockpit Pro users, can self-configure their login settings directly. Standard users can still request these features by contacting ClubReady Support.
Let’s walk through the customizable options available, including mandatory elements like the Login Button and Input Fields, as well as optional enhancements like Reset Password, Register, and Custom Buttons.

Input Fields
Although the two fields remain fixed, their labels can be customized. Rather than using 'Username' and 'Password,' you may update the labels to better align with your brand identity.

Reset Password Button
The 'Reset Password' button can be changed to better align with your brand identity if possible. The 'Reset Password URL' can be collected from your PIQ Dashboard URL. For example:
Register Button
The Register Button Button Display Name can be changed to better align with your brand identity if possible.
To locate your Referral Type (ID) open up your ClubReady dashboard, go to Setup > Leads > Referral Types locate your referral type to see ID number.
To locate your Prospect Type (ID), open up your ClubReady dashboard and in Setup > Leads > Lead Type > and click the pencil (icon) next to the needed lead type to see the ID in the right top corner.
The option to Enable Referral Code will create a field for your customer to enter in their referral code.
The option to Enable Birthdate will create a field for your customer to enter their birthdate.
Custom Button
The 'Custom Button Display Name' button can be changed to meet it's purpose. You must also add the destination of your custom button by way of a URL.
