Please Note:
- The class filter feature is only available for Pro Package accounts and accessed by those with Admin access.
Login to the myFitApp Cockpit and navigate to Events > Settings > Filter Configurations.
Select +Configuration to create a new filter or the Edit Pencil to edit an existing filter.
There are default headings that can be configured with custom headings. For example, by default Trainer is the heading but can configured with Instructor instead.
Once the filter is configured, navigate to Manage Programs in the dropdown under the Events page.
Select the Edit Pencil of the appropriate Event to assign the filter.
Select the filter under Filter Configuration and Save Changes.
Navigate to the booking module setup for classes. The Event Program that is selected for the module will show the filter assigned if the Filter toggle is ON.
Please Note: The filter is only for class-based schedules.
The color of the filter is also tied to the color of the app header which can be found under Settings > Clubs > Select Location / Edit Pencil > Appearance > Color Theme.
Once the filter is added, it will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of the schedule.
When selecting the filter, the user will be able to choose from various categories to filter the class schedule.
Once the user selects to show results, only the filter classes will show on the schedule. Please Note: The filtered settings are not saved. Once the user navigates away from the schedule and returns to the schedule, the entire class schedule will show and need to be filtered again if necessary.
