When adding or editing a user you can set their permission access.
Please Note:
- If a user has access to all permissions you will not see the Permissions options/descriptions.

Content Permissions
App content such as home screen, articles, and module configurations.
Full Access to Content (inc Global Configuration): Full access to all Content functionality, including updating articles, configuring modules and managing app home screen. Can create, modify and delete global screens and sections.
Manage Contents: Full access to all content functionality, including updating articles, configuring modules and managing the app home screen. Can use global screens and sections.
Edit Content: Edit existing content. Cannot delete, duplicate or copy modules. Can create, modify and delete tiles.
People
People profiles.
Full access to people and profiles: Search, view, and delete people profiles.
View and search for people and profiles: Search and view profiles.
Reports
System, usage, and app reports.
View Reports and export reports: View and export all reports.
Lead Generation
Lead Generation configuration and management.
Full access to Lead Generation: Full access to all Lead generation functionality, including managing offers, ads and managing leads.
Marketing Automation
Marketing Automation and Engagement.
Edit Campaigns: Create, edit and delete message campaigns.
View Campaigns: View campaigns only.
Event Schedule
Event Schedule, Web Widgets, and Live Video Streaming.
Manage Bookings: Can view and remove participants from an event. The user can perform this function both in the Cockpit and in the App through the Staff Login.
Live Video Broadcasts: Login to the app with Cockpit login and perform live video broadcasts.
View and Export Reports: View and export event reports.
