Please Note:
- The option to give users the ability to cancel online is setup through the myFitApp Cockpit as a module. If you don’t have access to the myFitApp Cockpit or the ability to add modules to the app, please contact our Support Team at support@clubready.com.
- There are no options to cancel the agreement in the future or select a specific date.
1. Memberships Module: When the agreement cancelation option is available on the myFitApp, users can select the module and view both their paid and active agreements, and easily cancel an active agreement.
2. Cancel: Once the user selects the button, they can view their agreements, both Active and Fully Paid. There are cancel buttons next to each active agreement. After the end user clicks the cancel button, there is a prompt to confirm cancellation.
3. Cancellation Success: After confirming, the agreement is cancelled with a successful cancellation message.
4. Confirming in ClubReady: Once the agreement is cancelled, the cancellation can be immediately viewed in ClubReady under the user’s agreements.
Please Note: The actual cancellation date defaults to the day before the next invoice is due. For example, if a cancellation was processed on 5/22/2024, it will be scheduled to cancel on 5/28/2024, the day before the next invoice was due on 5/29/2024.
