When experiencing login issues the first action to take is reset your password. This guide will walk you through how to reset your member's (profile) password within the ClubReady site.
Please Note:
- Confirm with your customer that they are logging in with their email and not the 'Login Username'.
- Advise your customer to reset their password once they have logged in; they will not be prompted to do so.
- You will need your ClubReady site to reset your member's password; no action is required on the app or myFitApp (MFA) site.
1. Member's Profile: Locate the member's (or prospect) profile by the tab or by the search window.
2. General: Within their profile open the General page.
3. Edit Profile: Within the Edit Profile page you will scroll to the very bottom to find Online Site Details.
4. Online Site Details: Update 'New Password' and 'Confirm Password' with the (temporary) password, and inform your customer it's working.
Pro Tip: Test the login to ensure you are able to login before updating your customer.
