Also known as the Referral Program, referrals often bring in customers who are more likely to be a good fit for your product or service, as they come with a pre-established interest. Once a referral program is set up, it can grow organically as satisfied customers spread the word. Configure Your Lead
Ensure that your referral program is setup correctly in myFitApp (MFA) so when your referred customers create profiles in the app you are capturing them within ClubReady (and add-on products).
1. External Offer Reference ID:
- To locate in Cockpit, go to Lead Generation > select your offer > scroll down to External Offer Reference.
- To locate in ClubReady dashboard, go to Setup > Leads > Referral Types locate your referral type to see ID number.
2. Lead Generation Prospect ID:
- To locate in Cockpit, go to Lead Generation > select your offer > in the right, top corner click Settings > Integrations > ClubReady Lead Generation Prospect ID.
- To locate, open up your ClubReady dashboard and in Setup > Leads > Lead Type > and click the pencil (icon) next to the needed lead type to see the ID in the right top corner.
Test Your App
It's important to understand what the client will experience to ensure accuracy and to become a reliable resource for your customers should questions arise.
1. Content Tab: In the myFitApp (MFA) dashboard - open the Content tab to find your referral program mobile app setup, this is where you can preview and test.
2. Refer Friend Button: Once you click the button you will be taken through the customer experience. The customer's information (email / phone) will auto-populate (if no information is present that means either they are not logged in or their profile has not yet been created).
3. Select Format: The customer will choose how they wish to share the referral, and the template preview will appear.
4. Send!
5. Referral Received: Once the referral message has reached the referred, they will be prompted to fill out their info (this is how myFitApp (MFA) and ClubReady captures them as a lead).
Note: If the referred customer enters either an email or number that already exist in the ClubReady database a new prospect will not be created.
6. Secure now: Once the referred customer selects 'Secure now' their information is collected and updated within myFitApp (MFA) and ClubReady.
Confirm in ClubReady
1. Prospects Tab: Within your ClubReady dashboard you will open up the Prospects tab.
2. Leads Added Filter: There are many ways to filter your lead data, but to quickly verify we suggest you use the 1 Day filter.
3. Lead Profile: The referred customer's profile will read that their referral and lead are from MFA, and their Notes will list which offer type (and if applicable - location) they selected.
