Improve the customer experience with (your brand's) personalized business updates, alerts, or special messaging. Increase customer engagement and create direct communication with pop-up notifications!
Please Note:
- Ensure that your customer has notification enabled with these guides (this will be done on the customer's mobile device);
- The ability to do pop-up notifications is only available to pro tier MFA (myFitApp) users.
1. Conversations: Open your Marketing Automation section to locate (and open) the Conversations tab. This is for internal purposes only; customers will not see.
2. Create Conversation: Name the notification, add a description informing your customer of the necessary information, and if you would like you can include an image. Don't forget to save the changes made! This is for internal purposes only; customers will not see.
3. Messages: Once you have saved your conversation you will into the Messages tab, and open the Messages option. This is for internal purposes only; customers will not see.
4. Campaign Type: Select the message type, think in terms of what you hope the notification will accomplish, and use the notification (type) description to decide which is best.
5. Name the Campaign: The campaign name can be identical to your message if for future record keeping/reconciliation. This is for internal purposes only; customers will not see.
6. Who, What, When, and Activate: After you select 'OK' in the Name Campaign window, you will work through the tabs to ensure your message is going out at the right time and to the right audience.
Please Note: 'Sending Campaign to' will update depending on how many of your customers meet the requirements you set within the 'Send messaged to all' portion; the wider the reach the more customers will see the message.
Pro Tip: Click the 'Add' button to spruce up your notification with contact information, imagery, or links to additional content.
Pro Tip: Ensure 'Send Notifications' is toggled on under the 'Push Notifications' window.
7. Activate: Once you have setup your notificiation requirements be sure to Active (or option to save as a draft).
Congratulations! You have successfully setup a pop-up notification on your MFA app!
