The myFitApp does not currently offer the ability edit an existing profile, if your staff member is not having success using the Forgot password feature (on the login page) you can follow this recommended workaround steps.
Please Note:
- Once a user is created an automatic welcome email will be sent out; the welcome email will expire after 72 hours.
- The option to add/edit another staff profile's login is limited to Pro Tier only. If you are in need of a password reset, please use the Forgot password feature (on the login page) or refer to ClubReady Support for further assistance.
- Once you save your newly added user a welcome email will be sent out to inform the staff that they have access, and will include a hyperlink for them to login and setup their password.
- Welcome Emails expire after 72 hours.
1. Users: Click on the gear icon (right-top corner) and select Users.
2. Delete: Delete the existing staff member's profile and then follow the guide How-to: Add a Staff Member as an Admin in myFitApp.
