Q: Can I book if I'm not a member?
A: Depending on the booking rules at your centre, you may be able to book if you're not a member. You will require a login to the booking system, and you'll be asked for this in the app if you click "book" and are not logged in. If you don't have a login, you may be able to get one though the app (see below).
Q: Can I register for booking in the app?
A: Some leisure operators allow customers to register for booking in the app. Select a class or activity, click book and you'll see a login screen -- there may be a "Register" link at the top right of this page. Click this and you'll be invited to provide your details to register for bookings.
Q: I'm a member, how do I login?
A: Select the class or activity you want and click "Book". You'll be asked to login.
Q: How do I log in as another user?
A: To log in as another user, you need to log out from your current user and login as the other one. To log out:
- From the app home screen click the menu icon
- Select Logout from Booking system and log out
- Select the menu icon and the club to get back to the home screen
- Select the class or activity you want and click "Book". You'll be asked to login, use the other user login.
Q: How can I see what classes are available at other sites?
A: To check for class availability at another site, from the home screen click the Menu icon:
- Select another site from the Recent Clubs (if the one you want is not in there, click My Clubs and select from there)
- Click on the Class booking tile and check availability
- If your login covers multiple sites, you won't have to login again to book, your earlier login will be remembered
Q: How can I see what bookings I have made?
A: Many leisure operators provide a My Bookings tile on the app home screen. Click on this tile (you'll be asked to log in if you've not already done so) and you'll see your upcoming bookings. Click the "History" button to see your past bookings.
Q: How can I add a booking to my calendar?
A: To add a booking to your phone calendar, on the booking detail page
- Click on the "Share" button
- Select Add to Calendar
The booking will be added to your phone calendar and any linked calendars.
Q: How can I add a schedule item to my calendar?
A: Some leisure operators provide rolling 7-day timetables in the app for classes or swimming pool sessions. You can also add these to your phone calendar:
- Click the schedule item to get the detailed view.
- Scroll down and select Add to Calendar.
- The item will be added to your calendar from the next occurrence as a recurring item (it will show every week from the next occurrence onwards).
- If you want to stop the recurrence, see below.
Q: How do I delete recurring items from my calendar?
A: If you want to delete recurring items from your phone calendar:
- Select the first occurrence you want to delete
- Click "Delete item" (on iOS -- Android depends on calendar)
- You'll be asked if you want to;
- Delete this Event only
- Delete all Future Events
Q: Do I have to pay for bookings when I make them?
A: Yes, if your membership does not include the price of the class, you'll have to pay for the class when you book it.
Q: Can I cancel bookings in the app?
A: Depending on your leisure operator's rules, you may be able to cancel a class or activity booking in the app. Typical restrictions are:
- If the class or activity you booked starts within a certain time in the future (for example within 2 days) you may not be able to cancel it.
- If you had to pay for your class you may not be able to cancel it.
Q: How do waitlists (or wait lists) work?
A: Depending on how your leisure operator configuration you may be shown the number of people on the wait list for a class. This typically works like a pool of people rather than a queue. Some operators have the ability to notify everyone in the pool if a space becomes available. Typically a notification will be sent by email and the first person in the pool to respond will take that place.
